Understanding the Coaching

What is a subconscious mind coach?

A subconscious mind coach helps you understand and change the internal patterns that are influencing how you think, feel, react, and behave.

You might consciously know that you don't want to overthink every interaction, shut down during conflict, keep doubting yourself, or pull away from something you genuinely want, but when the same reaction keeps happening automatically, understanding it logically often isn't enough to stop it.

My role is to help you see what's happening inside of you, uncover the subconscious blocks holding the pattern in place, and work with them directly so you can respond differently during the times when they used to take over automatically.

What are subconscious blocks?

Subconscious blocks are the thoughts, emotions, body sensations, meanings, memories, and internal reactions that keep an unwanted pattern in place.

For example, part of you might want to speak honestly, take action, set a boundary, or move forward with a decision. But as soon as you try, fear, guilt, self-doubt, discomfort, or a strong urge to pull back might show up.

Those reactions aren't typically things you consciously decided to feel. They can be connected to what your subconscious mind learned from past experiences and what it now believes it needs to avoid, prevent, or protect you from.

Releasing a subconscious block means working with the thoughts, emotions, sensations, and meanings holding that reaction in place so that it no longer affects you in the same negative way.

How is this different from life coaching?

Traditional life coaching often focuses on goals, accountability, action plans, and helping you decide what to do next. Those things can be useful, but they don't always address why you keep struggling to follow through on what you already know you want to do.

My work focuses on what's happening underneath the problem.

Instead of only helping you create a plan, we'll look at the subconscious patterns affecting your thoughts, emotions, decisions, relationships, and behaviour. Once we understand what's holding the problem in place, we can work with it directly.

There can still be practical conversations, decisions, priorities, and next steps involved, but the deeper work is focused on changing the internal patterns that keep interfering with them.

What techniques do you use?

I use a flexible range of subconscious mind integration techniques, including approaches drawn from subconscious mind work, NLP, hypnotherapy, EFT, meditation, mindfulness, emotional processing, and other experiential practices.

I don't take every client through the same technique in the same order. What works well for one person or one issue might not be the best approach for another.

The technique we use depends on what's happening inside of you, the kind of subconscious block we're working with, and what helps you access and process it most effectively. I also use understandings and techniques I developed through years of inner work, meditation, experimentation, and working with clients that aren't publicly available.

How The Aligned Life Blueprint Works

What happens after I join the program?

Once you join, you'll receive access to a welcome page with introductory training and an exercise to help you understand how to start recognizing your own subconscious responses.

You'll learn more about the subconscious mind, what it means to work with your internal experience, and how to begin noticing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations as they happen.

You'll also complete a Life Audit & Priority Assessment before we begin working through your individual issues. This helps us identify the challenges affecting each area of your life, organize them, and determine where we should start.

By the time we meet for your first coaching session, you'll already have a better understanding of the process and we'll have a clear direction for the work we'll do together.

What happens during a coaching session?

At the beginning of a session, we’ll decide which issue or pattern we’re working on that day.

I’ll guide you through identifying and working with the subconscious pattern underneath it, which might involve thoughts, emotions, body sensations, memories, meanings, or internal reactions connected to the issue.

By the end of the session, we’ll recalibrate and check whether the emotional charge has diminished or resolved.

Then you’ll go back into your life and see what happens during the week. Sometimes the issue no longer affects you and we can move on to the next priority in our following session. Other times, another part of the pattern becomes noticeable and we’ll work on that next.

The process is individualized, and we’ll always look at whether you’re still having the same reaction or whether anything is still holding you back. If it isn’t, we’ll move on to the next priority.

Why do we start with a Life Audit & Priority Assessment?

Most people don't have only one isolated problem. They might be struggling with a relationship, questioning their career, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, doubting themselves, avoiding important decisions, and repeating patterns in several areas of life at the same time.

The Life Audit & Priority Assessment helps us get everything out in front of us instead of focusing only on whichever issue feels loudest that day.

You'll identify the challenges affecting the different areas of your life and consider how much each one is affecting you. Once everything is listed and prioritized, we'll use it to create your Personalized Priority Roadmap for the work we'll do together.

This gives us a clear place to start while still allowing the coaching to adapt as new information comes up.

How do you decide what we’ll work on?

We start with the issues you identified through your Life Audit & Priority Assessment and use your Personalized Priority Roadmap to determine your highest priorities.

From there, we'll usually begin with the issue that's having the greatest effect on your life or the one that makes the most sense to address first.

The roadmap gives us direction, but it isn't a rigid schedule. An issue that looks straightforward at the beginning might have several subconscious blocks connected to it. Something that happens between sessions might also uncover a more immediate priority.

We'll keep looking at what's affecting you most, what's ready to be worked with, and what will create the most useful movement at that stage of the process.

What if an issue takes more than one session?

Some issues can change very quickly. Others have several blocks, layers, or connected patterns that need to be worked through over time.

We might release one part of an issue during a session and then have you go back into your life and see what happens. You might notice that you don't have the same reaction anymore and the issue isn't holding you back in the way it used to. You might also notice that one reaction is gone, but something else is still coming up.

Sometimes the next step isn't working on another block. It's helping you learn how to notice, understand, and stay with your own thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in a different way. Being able to do this is key to moving past your blocks. For a lot of people, this is a completely new way of relating to their inner world, and developing that skill is an important part of the process.

From there, we'll keep following what the process shows us. If more blocks come up, we'll work with what's still there. If the bigger issue is that you're having trouble noticing or staying with your inner experience, we'll focus on helping you develop that ability before moving forward.

Will I learn how to do this work for myself?

Yes. An important part of the program is learning how to understand and work with your own internal experience.

As we work together, I'll help you notice how your patterns start, how thoughts and emotions prompt one another, how your attention moves, what happens in your body, and what keeps pulling you into the same response.

You'll also learn how to stay present with what's happening, work with thoughts and emotions differently, and use the practices that are best suited to you between sessions.

The goal isn't for you to depend on me every time something difficult comes up. I want you to leave the program with a much deeper understanding of your own mind and the ability to do this work for yourself.

Is This Coaching Right for You?

Who is this coaching best suited for?

This coaching is best suited for people who recognize that the same thoughts, emotional reactions, behaviours, or relationship patterns keep affecting their lives, even though they've already tried to understand or change them.

You'll likely be a good fit if you're willing to look honestly at what's happening inside of you, take responsibility for your part in the process, and participate in experiential work rather than only talking about the problem intellectually.

You should also be emotionally stable enough to work with uncomfortable thoughts, emotions, and body sensations without needing crisis or clinical support.

You don't need to know anything about the subconscious mind before we begin. You do need to be open to learning, practicing awareness between sessions, and taking an active role in the work.

Who isn't this coaching suitable for?

This program isn’t designed for someone who currently needs emergency support, crisis intervention, or clinical treatment for a serious mental-health condition.

Although this coaching can involve working with difficult thoughts, emotions, and past experiences, I don’t diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. If you need that kind of support, it’s important to work with an appropriate healthcare professional alongside or before beginning coaching.

Do I need to be spiritual?

No. You don't need to identify as spiritual or follow any particular belief system to do this work.

You do need to be comfortable exploring your internal experience, including your thoughts, emotions, attention, and body sensations. Some of the practices I use are influenced by meditation, mindfulness, and other forms of inner work, but I explain them in a grounded and practical way.

Many of my clients are spiritually open or interested in things like meditation, intuition, shadow work, energy and mindset work, or non-duality. Others are simply interested in understanding themselves more deeply and changing the patterns affecting their lives.

How long does change take?

It depends on the person, the issue, how many subconscious blocks are connected to it, and how easily they can access and work with their internal experience.

Very often, an issue can be resolved in a single session. In other cases, more than one block is connected to it, or another part of the pattern becomes visible afterward and needs to be worked through.

Your ability to stay present with thoughts, emotions, and body sensations can also affect the pace. If that's difficult at first, we might spend some time helping you build those skills before continuing with deeper issue work.

The Aligned Life Blueprint is a 12-week program because this gives us enough time to work through multiple priorities, see how the changes hold up in real life, address anything else that comes up, and help you learn how to do this work for yourself.

How do we know if something has actually changed?

We look at what happens in real life.

After we work on an issue, you'll return to the situations that used to trigger the pattern and notice what happens. You might realize that the thought doesn't appear, the emotional charge is gone, your body doesn't react in the same way, or you're able to respond differently without having to force yourself.

Sometimes the original problem is gone. Sometimes one part has changed and another part becomes more noticeable. That gives us useful information about what still needs attention.

We don't assume something is resolved just because you understood it during a session. We look at whether it still affects how you think, feel, or behave when you encounter it in your life.

Program Details and Guarantee

How long is the program?

The Aligned Life Blueprint is a private 12-week 1:1 coaching program.

It gives us enough time to identify and prioritize the issues affecting your life, work through the subconscious blocks connected to them, see how the changes hold up outside of our sessions, and address anything else that becomes visible along the way.

It also gives you time to develop a deeper understanding of how your mind works and learn how to do this work for yourself.

How often do we meet?

We meet once a week for 12 weeks.

Before the program starts, we'll choose a day and time that works for both of us. Your sessions will then be scheduled as a recurring weekly video call so you have a consistent time set aside for the work.

Is support available between sessions?

Yes. You'll have access to text support between sessions so you can reach out when something relevant comes up.

This might be a reaction you noticed, a question about homework, something that happened after we worked on an issue, or a new part of the pattern that you want to make note of before our next session.

Between-session support gives us a way to work with what's happening in real time rather than waiting until your next coaching session to address it.

Is coaching online?

Yes. All coaching sessions take place online through private video calls.

I currently use Zoom, although the platform may change in the future. Whatever platform we use, you'll receive the information you need before your session and we'll use the same setup consistently throughout your program.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

I understand that schedules sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give me at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. We'll then find another time that works for both of us.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as used, except in the case of an emergency.

What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

I want you to feel confident in joining the program without worrying that you'll be locked into paying for something that isn't working for you.

If at any point you feel like the coaching isn't helping you make the progress you were hoping for, you can choose to end the program. I'll refund you for any remaining sessions you haven't used.
